Store description excerpt
PsiCore Tests is the app that lets you answer job selection assessments assigned to you by a company or recruiter, all from your phone. You don't need to create an account or register: simply enter the access code provided and answer at your own pace. HOW IT WORKS • Enter the access code given to you by the company or recruiter. • Confirm your candidate information and give your consent. • Complete the assessment calmly, from your phone. • Once finished, the Human Resources team receives and analyzes the results on their dashboard. WHAT YOU COULD ANSWER (depending on what the company assigns you) • Personality and work style inventories. • Interests and career orientation (Holland-type interest model). • Values and motivations in the workplace. • Aptitudes and skills for the position. Each process defines which assessment applies; you simply answer the one assigned to you with your code. WHO IS IT FOR? • Candidates in a selection or personnel evaluation process. • Recruiters and HR teams who administer selection assessments. There is no open catalog or public registration: access is only granted via the code shared with you. PRIVACY FIRST • No advertising and no data sales. • We only collect what is necessary to administer and score your assessment. • Your responses are stored on our own secure infrastructure. PsiCore is a professional tool for personnel selection. The results are interpreted and communicated to you by the recruiter or the HR team.
