Store description excerpt

Navjyoti is an internal employee-facing mobile application developed for Punjab & Sind Bank employees to provide easy and secure access to performance-related information under the Navjyoti program. The app brings key performance insights to employees and unit heads through Scorecard and Performance Dashboard. The Scorecard enables employees to view their monthly Navjyoti Scorecard directly from their mobile device. It provides a clear view of individual performance for the selected month and helps employees understand their achievement against defined Key Result Areas. Employees can view their overall score, cohort rank, cohort percentile, and KRA-wise achievement details. This allows employees to track their performance, understand their relative standing within the cohort, and identify areas of strength and improvement. The scorecard promotes transparency by making performance information easily accessible and structured in one place. Employees can also raise scorecard-related grievances through the grievance tool available on the Navjyoti platform. The Performance Dashboard is designed for unit heads to monitor the overall performance of their respective units. It provides a consolidated view of unit-level performance, helping unit heads track progress, review performance trends, and take timely action where required. Navjyoti supports Punjab & Sind Bank’s commitment to transparency, accountability, and continuous improvement.
