Pryvo turns "I'll do it later" into a loop you can't talk your way around: define a real task, prove it with a photo, and earn your time back only when the evidence holds up. Most productivity apps take your word for it. Pryvo doesn't. You tell it what "done" visibly looks like, you submit a fresh camera photo when you're actually done, and Pryvo reviews the evidence before releasing anything. No proof, no reward. HOW IT WORKS • Define a concrete, visible task — clear a counter, make a bed, tidy a desk — not a vague intention like "be productive." • Set the reward: how much time in which apps this task unlocks when it's accepted. • When you're done, submit one fresh photo. No uploads from your camera roll — it has to be new. • Get an accepted or rejected decision with a real reason, not a black box. • Rejected but sure you were right? Add context to the same photo and ask for a second look — that's not a loophole, it's a fairness path, and it still requires the evidence to actually hold up. • Accepted proof unlocks exactly what you set, for exactly as long as you set it. WHY PROOF CHANGES EVERYTHING Most task and habit apps rely on a self-reported checkmark. Pryvo asks for visible evidence. A task counts because the result is credible, not simply because you tapped “done.” If a rejection missed relevant visual context, you can add a bounded note to the same photo and request another review. The evidence standard still applies. BUILT FOR DELIBERATE CONTROL Pryvo manages only the apps you select using Apple’s Screen Time controls. Device controls are voluntary and can be revoked. Pryvo does not read messages, passwords, or content inside other apps. PRIVATE, SHORT-LIVED PROOF Evidence photos are stored privately, disappear from task view at the next Pryvo-day reset, and are deleted from storage after three Pryvo days.
