Provilex Dialer is the companion mobile app for teams using the Provilex CRM's calling system. It brings your desk-based calling workflow to your phone, so you can make and receive calls, log outcomes, and stay available to your team from anywhere. Provilex Dialer requires an existing agent account with a company on the Provilex CRM. Accounts are set up by your company's administrator; this app cannot be used to sign up on its own. WHAT YOU CAN DO • Sign in securely with your existing Provilex agent credentials • Make outbound calls straight from your phone's dialer • Receive inbound and internal calls, even when the app is in the background • Get notified the moment you miss a call • Mute, switch to speaker, or transfer a call while it's in progress • Log the outcome of every call against the right lead or company record • Review your full call history, with duration, agent, and disposition for every call • Set your status to Available or pause for breaks, lunch, training, or admin time • Switch between light and dark themes to match your preference BUILT FOR YOUR TEAM Provilex Dialer connects to your company's live Provilex CRM data, so everything you do on your phone- calls, dispositions, and status changes- stays in sync with what your team sees on the web portal.
