Store description excerpt

Protrix Guard is the field app for security guards executing missions on the Protrix platform: escort runs, static postings, and intervention call-outs. Built for the field, it puts your assigned missions, status flow, and evidence in one place, and keeps working when the signal drops. Key features: • Mission details at a glance: pick-up point, drop-off point, site, and customer notes. • One-tap status flow, matched to the mission type. Escorts run Departed, At PUP, In Transit, At DOP, Completed, Returned; static and intervention postings run the shorter on-site flow of Arrived on site, End of shift, Heading back, Back at base. • Stop logging with location, reason, and duration. • Photo capture and receipt evidence for tolls, parking, ferries, tunnels, vignettes, and fuel. • Mission-scoped secure messaging with your dispatcher, translated automatically into the language each person reads. • Push notifications for new assignments, updates, and check-in reminders. • Live location sharing with your operations centre during an active alarm, so help can reach you even when your phone is locked or the app is closed. • Offline-first: status updates, expenses, messages, and photos queue locally and sync automatically on reconnect, so a coverage gap never loses your work. Protrix Guard requires a Protrix account with the Security Guard role. It is a B2B tool for accredited security operators and is not intended for general consumer use.
