App Features IMPROVE COMMUNICATION Communicate with other residents and the management team. Sharing a message with other residents has never been easier. Users can opt-in to be visible to other residents. Giving users control of their privacy. MAINTENANCE REQUEST Residents can request maintenance requests through the app, provide optional pictures, give additional detail. And you can keep track of all your requests and resolve them through the app. CUSTOMIZE Using the Admin Portal you can change what features your tenants have access to by dynamically updating the mobile user interface to reflect features you have enabled CUSTOM SERVICE You can create custom services for your tenants to request. With an optional booking option using calendars. SOCIAL FEED If you have many properties you can create a wall-feed to communicate with all your tenants using engaging and creative post using the Admin Portal. You can also switch this feature off like any other feature if you feel it does not suit your needs
