PL Valuation is the field companion for property valuers working on bank-assigned valuation cases. It replaces paper inspection sheets and follow-up calls with a single guided workflow, from the moment an assignment arrives to the moment the signed report is filed. Built for valuers empanelled with lending institutions. You will need an account issued by your organisation to sign in. MANAGE YOUR ASSIGNMENTS See every case assigned to you, grouped by total, in progress, completed and rejected. Accept or decline a new assignment, with a reason recorded on decline, and track the status of each case without calling the branch. PLAN THE SITE VISIT Schedule the appointment date, time and visit mode. Record the contact person, number and meeting address, and add access notes and landmarks so nothing is missed on the day. COMPLETE THE INSPECTION ON SITE A structured seven-section form covers property type, accessibility and surroundings, boundaries and classification, condition and occupancy, approvals and construction, value of the property, and evidence. Capture the property's GPS coordinates while you are standing on it, and attach site photographs and sketches straight from the camera. Save as a draft at any point and finish later — nothing is lost between visits. FILE AND FOLLOW UP Generate the valuation report when the inspection is complete, upload the digitally signed report, and answer clarification queries raised by the bank without leaving the app. Any completed valuation can be reopened and reviewed section by section. BUILT FOR FIELD WORK Every form saves as a draft, so patchy signal on site does not cost you an afternoon's work. The inspection sections mirror the standard valuation format your bank already expects, so nothing has to be re-keyed later. SECURITY Sign-in is by mobile number and one-time password. Requests between the app and our servers are encrypted end to end, and sessions expire automatically after inactivity so a mislaid phone does not become a data leak. ACCESS PL Valuation requires an account provided by your institution. It is not available for public sign-up.
