Property Prices Ireland turns the official Residential Property Price Register into a fast, organised research tool for anyone buying, selling or simply curious about the Irish property market. Search sold prices by address, street, town, county or Eircode routing key. Every result shows the sale price, sale date, property type and any register warnings, such as "not full market price," exactly as published, alongside the app's own calculated area statistics. What you can do: - Search hundreds of thousands of sold-property records from the official register - See sale price, sale date, address and register flags for every transaction - Browse area statistics: median price, transaction count and year-on-year change - Save properties you are researching and add your own asking price and notes - Build a set of comparable sold prices and see how your asking price compares - Watch a street, locality, town or county and get a notification when new sales are added - Compare shortlisted properties side by side (Property Pro) Property Prices Ireland is an independent app. It is not operated by, endorsed by or affiliated with the Property Services Regulatory Authority (PSRA). All official sale records shown in the app are sourced from the Residential Property Price Register, which the PSRA publishes as public data. Calculated statistics, such as area medians, comparable match labels and the difference between an asking price and your comparables, are produced by the app from that public data using simple, documented methods. They are research aids, not property valuations, and should not be relied on as the sole basis for any purchase, sale, financing or legal decision. No account is required. The app identifies your device only to support watchlists and notifications; your saved properties, notes and comparables stay on your device. Property Prices Ireland Free includes: - Full sold-price search and sale detail - Area statistics: all-time and 12-month medians, year on year, and the last 3 years of median by year - Up to 3 saved properties with asking price and notes - 1 watchlist Property Pro adds: - Unlimited saved properties - Up to 10 watchlists - Full area price history: median by year back to 2010 - Property comparison - CSV export - Comparable sales: attach sold prices to a saved property and see how the asking price sits against them Property Pro is available as a monthly, 3-month or yearly subscription; the yearly plan starts with a 3-day free trial.
