ProofWise is a private, local-first alcohol session tracker for adults age 21 and older. TRACK MODEL-ESTIMATED BAC Log beer, wine, spirits, mixed drinks, or a custom drink. ProofWise uses a Widmark-style model to estimate BAC over time and display a projected curve. UNDERSTAND NEXT-DAY RECOVERY See a rough Recovery Score based on alcohol dose, drinking pace, water, and meals. Food and water can affect the Recovery Score, but they never lower the BAC estimate. KEEP USEFUL HISTORY Save completed sessions, review 7-day, 30-day, and all-time summaries, inspect past event logs, and delete individual sessions whenever you choose. QUICK, PRIVATE ACCESS Use widgets, notifications, and Live Activities to view an active session and log common events. Your profile, sessions, and event history are stored locally for ProofWise features. ProofWise does not transmit your data, although standard encrypted device backups may include app data when enabled. BUILT WITH CLEAR LIMITS ProofWise is not a breathalyzer. BAC and Recovery Score are model estimates, not measurements, medical advice, or safety guidance. Actual BAC and impairment vary. Never use ProofWise to decide whether it is safe or legal to drive, operate machinery, or consume more alcohol. Never drive after drinking. A model-estimated zero does not prove you are alcohol-free, unimpaired, or legally safe. ProofWise is intended only for adults age 21 and older who choose to drink alcohol.
