APPLE HEALTH + YOUR OWN DATA Bring HRV, resting heart rate, sleep, glucose, and other supported biomarkers from Apple Health into one place. Add lab results, mood, journal entries, and custom outcomes manually. Apple Health access is optional and read-only. DESIGN A BETTER SELF-EXPERIMENT Choose Simple A/B, ABAB, or Self-Blinding. Define an intervention, choose outcomes, follow phases, and log each day. Self-Blinding uses a randomized schedule to help reduce expectation bias in an experiment you conduct yourself. GET AN HONEST STATISTICAL READ Proofwise analyzes your observations with permutation tests, Bayesian posteriors, and effect sizes. Results show the estimated direction and size of change, the strength of evidence, and uncertainty. If the data do not support a meaningful difference, Proofwise says so: no effect detected. No certainty theater and no promise that an intervention will work. PRIVACY FIRST No account is required. Your HealthKit samples, biomarker values, lab results, journal entries, experiment data, and notes are stored on your device.
