Formula view keeps flour, water, starter, salt, hydration, and total dough fully legible. Temperature Map shows where a warmer or cooler plan changes the schedule. ProofArc provides planning estimates. Fermentation depends on starter activity, flour, inoculation, dough temperature, environment, and handling; always judge the dough and follow sound food-safety practice. Plans stay on the device.
