The Project Manager application is intended to be a simple program that allows you to create and manage projects using images and notes. In the program, you can create a project, make stages for it and create a report from it. User guide and application functions: Creating a new project On the home page, click + New project and fill in the basic project information: • Project name and description • Customer and location • Start and end date • Status (planned, ongoing, completed...) Project images On the Images tab, you can add general images of the project — for example, general views or documentation that does not fit into any specific work phase. • Describe the situation before work starts • Document the general status of the project • You can add captions to the images later Work phases On the Stages tab, you divide the project into work phases (e.g. dismantling, installation, finishing). For each step, you can add: • Photos (before/after documentation) • Notes on the progress of the work • Hours worked for logging • Kilometers for distances 💡 You can use the up/down arrows to rearrange the steps in the order you want. Creating reports From the Report section, you can build a finished report of your project in three different formats: • HTML preview — browse and share the report directly from your device (images embedded) • DOC file — open and edit on your computer with Word • ZIP package — images and text files in one package 💡 You can choose the sections you want to include in the report: cover page, step descriptions, images, hours worked and much more. Teams and companies You can create projects in teams or link accounts under a company in the app: • Teams — invite employees and share projects among multiple people • Company — manage all teams and users under one roof • Roles — the team administrator can change the roles of members (Administrator / Member / Viewer) in the team management view Notifications In the notification center, you can see all the messages you have received: • Team and company invitations • Project reminders • App news and updates
