Store description excerpt

Prophecies of Daniel The prophecy of Daniel is one of the most interesting books of the Bible. Their stories (chapters 1-6) are vivid and exciting, and visions of the rest of the book (chaps. 7-12) are very significant. The four beasts of Daniel 7: 3 are considered the four major world powers, the Babylonians, the Medes and Persians, Greco-Macedonians and Romans. The second vision (Daniel 8: 1) is considered as a reference to the government of the Greeks under Alexander the Great. The kingdom mentioned in chapter 9 is the Messianic government of the kingdom of Christ. The vision of chapters 10-12 is considered a reference to the end of time. The Book of Daniel can be called the Revelation of the Old Testament and is a Biblical book of Old Testament and Hebrew Tanakh, which in Christian Bibles is among the books of Ezekiel and Hosea. It is the sixth of the prophetic books and is included among Christians -by Major Prophets (which is the fourth, after Isa, Jeremiah and Ezekiel). The Jews exclude Prophets (nevi'im) and placed between the writings (Ketuvim). Several parts are deuterocanonical and include only the Catholic bibles. The book of Daniel is a unique and fascinating work, and in its prophetic section premonitory and apocalyptic elements that form the basis of Christian eschatology abound. The message is simple and grandiose at once: God is in control of history and can keep yours forever. This sovereignty of God is the best encouragement for the believer, called to persevere in difficult situations and amid apostasy and unbelief. The entire book of Daniel constantly reminds us that God honors those who honor Him. Why should we study this book? Daniel's book recounts the experiences of Daniel and other faithful Jews who were taken captive to Babylon. Those who study the book of Daniel, will learn the importance of staying faithful to God and deserve the blessings He gives to those who are faithful. The book also contains an important interpretation of the dream that King Nebuchadnezzar had about the kingdom of God in the last days. Here is the list of lessons that can be found in this book. - Prophetic symbols are revealed. - Psychics vs. the profit. - Challenge the death decree. - The release impossible. - The biggest mistake in life. - Confidence in the midst of the crisis. - Kingdoms conflict. - Finally purified. - Always on time. - Without a doubt. - Even in his hands. - The end and a new beginning. He shows how God gives wisdom to Daniel and how to give it to anyone who wants to, for the simple fact of having will and recognize that the power is in the hands of the Almighty, God Almighty. The prophecy of the "seventy weeks" or "seventy sevens" is one of the most important and detailed messianic prophecies of the Old Testament. It is in Daniel 9. The chapter begins with Daniel who is praying for Israel, recognizing the nation's sins against God and asking for His mercy. While Daniel was praying, the ángel Gabriel appeared to
