Built by Eezee Pte. Ltd. in Singapore, ProcureFlow is a live enterprise procurement platform. This iOS app opens on the ProcureFlow Concierge, an in-app AI agent. Ask it a question in plain language and it works in front of you, one visible tool call at a time. THE PROCUREFLOW CONCIERGE The Concierge runs seven procurement tools built for this product, each with its own screen: - Search procurement policies. Ask "what is my approval limit for a sole-source award" and it returns your organisation's own policy documents, then opens the full clause, threshold table included, in a reader sheet. - Search term contracts. It fires one search per item you named, then returns candidates ranked with the term contract reference, vendor, unit price, unit of measure, minimum order quantity, bundle size and lead time. - Select term contract items. Pick a line, or tick "none of these fit" to route that item to open sourcing. - Draft a purchase request. Describe what you need and the Concierge writes the subject, cost centre and line items, with quantity, unit price and need-by date on every line. - Confirm delivery. Choose ship-to and bill-to from your organisation's address book. - Confirm submission. Before anything is sent, the Concierge derives the real approval route: stages where you pick the approver, round-robin stages assigned by the server, document-role stages, auto-approving stages, and any stage with no eligible approver, which it flags and refuses to submit past. - Ask a clarifying question, when your request is genuinely ambiguous. A live reasoning line shows what the agent is doing while it does it, and every purchase request it creates comes back as a tappable card that opens the record inside the app. APPROVALS AND DOCUMENTS - The purchase requests and purchase orders waiting on you specifically - Full records: line items, supplier, sole-source justification with the prior order being renewed, ship-to and bill-to addresses, payment terms, attachments - An approval trail drawn approver by approver, showing parallel approvers at the same stage and marking which one is you - Approve or send back with remarks, from a control that expands in place - Registers of purchase requests and purchase orders, searchable and paginated - Requests for quotation waiting on your approval, listed for review in this release BUILT FOR ORGANISATIONS THAT RUN ON PROCUREFLOW - One account, many organisations: choose yours at sign-in and switch later, with each one's data and branding loading in place - Microsoft SSO or password, decided from your email address - Approval links in ProcureFlow email open the exact record in this app, on every customer subdomain we operate A COMPANION APP, NOT A STANDALONE PRODUCT ProcureFlow is a commercially available multi-tenant platform sold to enterprises and used in production today at procureflow.ai and app.procureflow.ai.
