What it does • Weekly training plan (Pro) — generated by AI from your current fitness, load and goals. • Ride/workout analysis — a readable, personal take on every session; with a Bluetooth power meter, TSS and Intensity Factor are calculated from real power for extra accuracy. • Detailed coach report (Pro) — deeper, more comprehensive analysis. • Push structured workouts straight to your Garmin calendar (power/HR targets; opens in ERG mode on Tacx/compatible devices). • Ask ProCoach — chat about training, recovery and form; generate a ready-made workout in one tap, and pick up any past conversation. • Listen to your coach reports out loud — a "Read Aloud" button on Today, Weekly Plan and Activity Review (Free and Pro). • Recovery tracking — sleep now has its own tab with a short AI-written analysis every morning, alongside HRV and resting heart rate. • Cycling, running, swimming, strength, walking, tennis, padel, yoga, pilates and more — whatever sport you do, ProCoach coaches it. Connect your sources • Garmin, Strava, Apple Health and Google Health. • Choose which source provides each data type (cycling, running, swimming, strength, walking, other + health) — the same activity is never counted twice. • Automatic history import on connect + continuous sync.
