Private Edition is a photo editor for the photographs you already have. Bring in a photo from your library, your camera or Files. Work on light, colour, tone and skin texture in Quick Edit, or open Pro Studio for the full control set, masks and saved presets. Twenty built-in looks give you a starting point in one undoable step, and one master strength slider scales the whole edit — at zero the photograph is exactly as you shot it. WHAT THE EDITOR LEAVES ALONE Face geometry, skin tone, skin texture, tattoos and marks, facial hair and body proportions are carried through every operation, and you can change that list yourself in Protected traits. No look in the app lightens skin. PREVIEWS ARE FREE Every edit renders to a protected preview: watermarked on the server, delivered over a short-lived link, and never written to your device. Previews are free and unlimited, and there is no free trial to remember to cancel. A clean file costs one photo credit from your plan — up to 4K on Pro, up to 8K on Creator. ALSO IN THE STUDIO AI Photoshoot generates styled sets from a concept you direct — collection, wardrobe, pose, lens and lighting — across 77 collections in five groups: signature, occasion, creative, seasonal and lifestyle. Generated frames are not conditioned on your identity profile in this release, so they are styled images rather than pictures of you. Video Studio renders from a clip you import, quoted in 15-second blocks before anything is charged. Both need an account; generated frames arrive as the same protected previews, and unlocking one costs a credit. PLANS Free Preview — protected previews only, no clean downloads, no video processing. Pro, 7.99 US dollars a month — 12 clean-photo credits and 1 video minute each month, clean photos to 4K, video to 1080p. Prices shown are US dollars and may differ in your region. PRIVACY YOU CAN READ Previews, edits and projects work without an account. Settings and privacy states plainly what is stored and for how long, lets you build a copy of your data, and deletes your account from inside the app — media, identity profiles and the analytics tied to you, with every session revoked. Protection on previews is screenshot-resistant, not screenshot-proof: no app can stop a second camera pointed at a screen, and the app says so where it matters. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled in your store account settings. SUBSCRIPTION TERMS Pro is 7.99 US dollars a month or 69.99 a year. Creator is 12.99 a month or 119.99 a year. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase. A subscription renews automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the current period ends, and your account is charged for renewal within the 24 hours before it ends.
