Prisma is your company's CRM on your mobile phone: clients, quotes, follow-ups, and project management all in one place, with access tailored to each employee's profile. Made for sales and installation teams who need to track the sales funnel and execution in the field, using the same account used on Prisma web. What you'll find in the app: • Clients and leads — portfolio consultation and tracking • Quotes — PDF viewing and sharing • Follow-ups — reminders and upcoming team contacts • Projects and installation — checklist, progress, incidents, and evidence • Installation calendar — company project schedule • Support materials — documents published by the company • Subscription — plan consultation and Prisma account charges • Profile and permissions — access aligned to the role (admin, salesperson, customer service, finance, and project operations) Field project management Record installation progress, attach evidence photos, collect client or responsible party signatures, and generate reports. When authorized, the app can record the location at the time of the photo or signature, to contextualize the evidence. Work with or without a connection For projects downloaded to the device, it's possible to continue recording offline and synchronize when the internet returns — useful for visits and installations without a stable signal. Who it's for Employees of companies that already use Prisma. The app does not replace the company's registration: an active account in the subscribing organization is required. Access Log in with the email or username and password provided by your company. There are no in-app purchases; the Prisma subscription is managed by the contracting company.
