Store description excerpt

Your breath is more than just a pattern or pace; it is an intelligence within you. With the Primal Coding app, you build a relationship with your breath and connect with the anatomy of your body. This is a Breath Education app. When you understand how the breath should function, you will naturally begin to relieve pain, tension, and anxiety to connect to your mind and body. Let us get to the root of the breath rather than using it in critical moments to fix a "problem" that originates from improper breathing patterns in the first place. The first step is the Breath IQ test. Each test reflects a different aspect of the breath. The Reflection questions are designed to create more insight into how you are currently breathing. The answers will change over time—you learn ways to integrate the practice into your life. Each class is about 30 min. First, you will explore the principles of the breath. Then, from the breathing volumes to the 3 diaphragms, you will get to know the breath and all its parts. You explore simple guided meditations. These are simple meditations such as Humming, Heart Resonance Breathing, Breath walking, and even a simple timer to settle you into silence. Take your time exploring each practice. You cannot rush learning; only relax into it. It would be best if you first noticed how you currently move, breathe, and be to change anything within you. Time to let the breath fly, open the rib cage, and expand into self-awareness.
