Prettau OS is an internal application used by the Prettau Laboratory team to manage field operations related to dental imaging appointments, doctor visits, and coordinating daily schedules for representatives. About the Application The application helps laboratory teams organize their daily work through a unified interface that combines appointment management, doctor visit recording, field location tracking, and access to reports and statistics. The application is for internal use only and is not open to the public; user accounts are created by the responsible manager within the laboratory. Key Functions - Appointment Management: Create new appointments, assign them to the appropriate representatives, and track the status of each appointment. - Doctor Visits: Record doctor visits with their location, reason for visit, and outcome. - Operations Map: Display the locations of doctors and representatives on an updated geographical map. - Representative Tracking: Record the representative's location during their field shift. - Instant Notifications: Receive alerts for new appointments and status updates. - Reports and Statistics: View performance through charts and graphs for work review. Supported Roles - General Manager: Full authority to manage the team and review operations. - Call Center Agent: Creates and assigns appointments to representatives. - Photography Representative: Receives and executes appointments for patient photography. - Marketing Representative: Visits doctors and records results and receipts. - Field Supervisor: Monitors work teams via the unified map. - Data Analyst: Reviews statistics and reports without editing privileges. - Physician: Books appointments directly with the laboratory. Supported Countries Iraq, Kuwait, Tanzania, Nigeria, Oman Privacy and Security - Passwords are protected using bcrypt encryption. - All data is transmitted via encrypted HTTPS. - Sensitive administrative transactions are recorded in an internal audit log. - Access permissions are defined by the user role. Required Permissions - Internet: To connect to the cloud database. - Location: To record visit locations and track representatives during work. - Notifications: To receive alerts for new appointments and status updates.
