This application allows you to create construction estimates based on unit prices and line item calculations. Unit prices are calculated from an analysis of the quantities and prices of the resources used for each line item. Resources are classified as: - Labor - Equipment - Materials - Subcontracts It also offers the option to create subitems, which are defined from other resources, but can also be included as resources in unit price analyses for line items that will be used in a budget. It includes databases of predefined resources and line items, although you can edit them by modifying existing items, adding new ones, or deleting them. Estimates can be stored in your device's internal memory for later modification or viewing. With this application, you can obtain the direct cost of a budget defined from its line items, unit estimates, and unit prices. You can view the budget with the partial prices for each line item, as well as the quantity and cost of each resource used. You can also view the Unit Price Analysis for all items used in the budget. The budget, resources, and unit price analysis can be viewed and shared in PDF format via messaging and email applications. The application includes a user manual.
