"Recognize the concepts' is an educational application for teaching new concepts by the communication system of symbols. Teaching model implemented in the application is based on a modified teaching discriminative orders based on the principles of applied behavior analysis. It is a recognized and scientifically-based behavioral teaching methods. The primary users of the application are people with complex communication needs. Teaching is conducted through a series of orders in which the leader of education (or parent education expert) user gives an instruction which seeks recognition of an idea (represented by the symbol). Following the instructions the user must select (touch) the required symbol. After successful recognition symbols are in prizes. During teaching applications in accordance with the performance of the user adjusts the parameters of teaching. In this way, the pace of teaching adapts to the individual user. The application comes with a predefined user, reward and categorized set of symbols, and supports: - Add new users - Adding new symbols and classification symbols - Adding awards - Review of past training sessions and individual orders - Select symbols to teach and review the level of adoption and past orders for a particular symbol - Review the parameters of teaching and record adjustments - Contextual instructions within the application itself It is recommended that a more detailed introduction to the possibilities of application and method of teaching discriminative orders (for instructions, and other resources) before beginning work.
