Premier HR is the employee self-service app for staff of Premier UPVC. It connects to the company's HR system so everything you would otherwise ask the HR office for is on your phone. A Premier UPVC employee account is required. The app is not usable without one. WHAT YOU CAN DO • Check in and out Record attendance from your phone. Check-in is verified against the company site you are assigned to, so it only works while you are actually on site. • See your attendance Your check-ins, check-outs and worked hours for the current payroll period. • Payslips Open and read your monthly payslip, and download it as a PDF. • Time off See your leave balance, request time off, and follow the request until it is approved. • Overtime Review overtime by payroll period and see the approved hours that will actually be paid. Shift employees see their roster-based overtime without needing to file a request. • Arabic and English Full right-to-left Arabic interface. Switch language at any time. FIRST TIME? Tap "Activate your account" on the login screen and enter your employee number and national ID to set your own password. You never need a password handed to you by anyone. PRIVACY The app shows you your own HR record and nothing else. Location is used only at the moment you check in or out, to confirm you are on a company site — it is never tracked in the background.
