The association-independent practice ergotherapie not only focuses on occupational therapy work within Germany, but also includes promising, interdisciplinary findings from abroad, for example from Switzerland, Austria or the Netherlands. The specialist articles are supplemented by current conference reports/announcements, presentations of technical aids, further training announcements and book presentations. The job market that is also included supports occupational therapists in their professional reorientation. The practice ergotherapie is published by the modern learning publishing house Borgmann GmbH & Co. KG, Dortmund. In addition to this specialist journal, the “Praxis der Psychomotorik – Journal for promoting physical activity and development”, “Speech support and speech therapy in schools and practices” and the “Journal for systemic therapy and counseling” belong to the publishing house’s range of journals.
