Prata supports people with speech impairments in daily communication using ChatGPT. The user records something on their mobile phone. The recording is sent, and ChatGPT then displays three or more short AI responses on buttons. These responses can be spoken aloud. Prata is a text-to-speech (TTS) app that supports communication for people with speech impairments. The target group is people with aphasia, ALS, autism, or those who have experienced a stroke. Prata is intended as an aid and does not replace therapy or medical care. The app helps with: - Supporting conversations in everyday situations - Choosing from various AI responses during a conversation - Selecting ready-made sentences from subcategories - Typing messages yourself on a keyboard and having them spoken - Displaying the user profile page - Increasing confidence in language use Important: - Recordings remain temporarily localized on the device - There is no chat function or exchange of messages with others - No medical claims or diagnostic functions Speech Voice: The speech voice is not part of Prata, but the app uses the voice installed on your mobile phone.
