Store description excerpt

We started with a simple belief: Breath is universal… essential… and it should be free. Yet today, even breathing guidance is often locked behind subscriptions. So we asked a different question: What if we didn’t try to teach people how to breathe… but simply supported them while they do? PraniQ is not a coach. It’s not a guru. It doesn’t replace what you’ve already learned. It is a quiet companion for your breathing practice. A SPACE FOR YOUR PRACTICE Breathing is deeply personal. Many people learn techniques from yoga, teachers, clinicians, or traditions - but lack a simple, consistent space to practise in their own way. PraniQ gives you that space. - Follow your own rhythm - Practise what you already know - Or begin simply with familiar breathing flows Your practice unfolds naturally; at a pace shaped by your breath, your body, and your comfort. PRACTISE AS A FLOW Move through a sequence of breathing techniques, not just one at a time. From steady rhythms to extended exhales or alternate nostril breathing - your practice becomes a flow, not a checklist. DESIGNED FOR CALM Gentle audio cues for eyes-closed practice. Minimal, distraction-free interface. A space you can shape - visuals, pace, and flow. Whether you practise with eyes closed or open, PraniQ stays quietly in the background - supporting, not directing. PRIVATE BY DESIGN - Works fully offline - No accounts - No personal data collection Your breath is yours. Your practice stays yours. COMPLETELY FREE No subscriptions. No locked features. Because something as fundamental as breath should never be behind a paywall. IMPORTANT GUIDANCE Pranayama can be powerful, but it is not one-size-fits-all. - Never force breath holds - If you feel dizzy, breathless, or uncomfortable—stop and return to natural breathing - Adjust ratios to your comfort - Avoid forceful techniques (e.g. Bhastrika) if you have high blood pressure or heart conditions - Practise on an empty stomach or 2–3 hours after meals Always listen to your body. PraniQ doesn’t tell you how to breathe. It simply holds your practice - and stays with you while you do.
