PPID-BNPT is an official application designed to make it easier for the public to access public information and services quickly, safely and transparently. With a simple and user-friendly interface, this application is a digital solution to bridge communication between government institutions and the public. The main features in the application include, first, public information, consisting of access to various official information periodically, immediately, and at any time. Second, Information Request services related to submitting requests for data or documents directly from the application. Third, real-time notifications, related to getting important updates directly through notifications. Fourth, request history includes tracking all your information requests transparently. And finally, data security which includes the use of encryption and authentication systems to maintain user privacy. Purpose The development of this application was built to improve information disclosure and strengthen public participation in the oversight of public services. Following the principles of openness, accountability, and excellent service, the PPID App serves as a bridge between public service provider institutions and today's digital citizens.
