PPHI ERP Executive is the management app of People's Primary Healthcare Initiative Balochistan (PPHI-B). It is for PPHI-B managers and approvers and requires an account issued by the organisation — it is not usable by the general public. APPROVE FROM ANYWHERE • One inbox for everything waiting on you — leave, imprest and advances, loans, payroll, budget, procurement and performance reviews. • Open a request, see the figures and the history behind it, and approve or send it back with a remark. • The inbox is driven by the ERP itself, so new approval types appear without waiting for an app update. • Every action is recorded against your name in the ERP and notifies whoever is next in the chain. SEE THE ORGANISATION AT A GLANCE • Dashboards for the numbers you are accountable for. • Reports on the move, instead of waiting to be at a desk. • Notifications when something needs your decision. PRIVACY The app shows you PPHI-B operational and staff data according to your role, and records the decisions you take. It collects no location and takes no photographs.
