POWS Performance brings your training, progress and POWS Gym membership together in one connected app. TRAIN AND TRACK • Log workouts and activity • Track outdoor runs with GPS • Build your POWS Score and age profile from verified results • Follow courses, challenges and progress history MY PT AND NUTRITION • Use the AI Coach for workout, diet and weekly planning • Track calories and macros in your food diary • Record weight, goals and progress GYM MEMBERSHIP • View your membership and member details • Use your personal POWS check-in pass • Access support and account controls, including password recovery and account deletion POWS PREMIUM New accounts receive seven days of access to Premium features without starting a subscription or providing payment details. After that, POWS Premium is optional at £7.99 per month and includes the AI Coach, calorie and macro tracking, food diary, plans and premium progress tools. Payment is charged to your Apple ID when you confirm purchase. The subscription automatically renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel it in your App Store subscription settings. Gym memberships are separate physical-service purchases handled securely through Stripe and are not part of POWS Premium.
