Store description excerpt
PowerCaller is the calling tool for sales teams that work from lists. Open the campaign, the app hands you the next contact, you talk, you pick the outcome, and the app takes care of the rest. FULL CONTROL OF THE LIST See the queue as it really is: who is next, who has already been called, and with what result. Search it, filter it, start from a chosen position or from a specific row of the source list, or call only the contacts you selected. THE RIGHT PAUSE BETWEEN CALLS Every outcome has its own delay, configured by your organisation. A call with no answer moves on immediately, a real conversation leaves you time to write. The delay is enforced by the server, not only by the phone, so two devices can never call the same contact. NOTHING GETS LOST Notes, scheduled callbacks, and do-not-call entries are saved on the device and sync when there is a network. If the app is closed in the middle of a session, you come back to the same state, and no call ever starts on its own. WHAT THE APP DOES NOT DO It does not record calls. This version does not record any audio at all. On iPhone that is not possible for any third-party app, and PowerCaller does not claim otherwise. It does not read your address book: every number comes from your organisation's own list. It does not track you and contains no advertising. ACCOUNT REQUIRED PowerCaller works only with an account created by your organisation's administrator, against that organisation's campaigns.
