Store description excerpt

Turn "I trained today" into strength you can see. POWER is a training log where every set you record becomes progress. Log a set, earn EXP, level up, and unlock titles. The longer you keep going, the more the numbers climb — so there's always a reason to head to the gym. ■ Logging takes three taps Body part → exercise → set. Your last session shows up first, so you can just repeat the same weight. ・Three exercise types: weight × reps, time, and distance (bodyweight moves included) ・Your previous weight, reps and notes are shown. Tap ↩ to copy them in — no retyping ・Per-exercise rest timer (60/90/120s, floating timer keeps running as you move around the app) ・Build your own routines and pull in a whole workout at once ■ The longer you train, the stronger you get (POWER mode) ・Levels and EXP from consistency, workout intensity and personal records (up to Lv.300) ・Around 390 titles, unlocked by level, streaks, total volume, body parts and more ・30 level ranks, from Challenger up to Muscle God ・Power Index — one score for everything you've built up ・Daily quests give you a fresh target every day ・Condition drops if you skip more than two weeks. Planned breaks are protected by Rest mode ・Streaks continue as long as you train within 7 days. Can't make it? Use a streak shield ・Three stages: clear LR, the top rank, and you move on — Lifter → King → God. Standards rise and you climb again from D, and any stage you've cleared stays viewable. ■ See every bit of your progress ・Status: development and part levels on a radar chart plus seven part gauges — weak spots at a glance ・This month: time, volume and sessions, each with a month-over-month comparison ・Growth analysis: trend charts, growth-speed ranking, and a training-type diagnosis (5 types) ・Muscle map: the body highlights the parts you actually trained. Switch front/back and week/month ・PR history: every personal record you've broken, in order ・POWER Rank: a nine-step staircase from D to LR that shows exactly where you stand. The weight you still need for the next rank is shown as "a weight you can do 10 reps with", with targets for 1 to 12 reps — so a heavy single isn't the only way up. Nine ranks: D · C · B · A · S · SR · SSR · UR · LR ・Calendar: training days coloured by body part, with calories and EXP ・Monthly report: consistency, strength, PRs, volume, calories and balance graded S to D, plus an overall grade ■ Standards for men and women Title thresholds, POWER Rank and calorie estimates are all calculated against standards for your sex, so the same effort earns the same recognition. ■ Share in one tap A share card is generated when you finish a workout, listing every exercise you did that day, your personal bests and calories burned. A transparent card for social posts is also available. ■ Two modes ・Simple: for people who just want to log ・POWER: levels, titles and quests Switch anytime in Settings. ■ Also ・日本語 / English / 한국어 / 繁體中文, kg / lb ・8 accent colours, 4 text tones
