The label is on your phone somewhere. The queue is behind you. Postroom is where it should have been. Every shipping label you are given — from Vinted, Depop, eBay, a courier's website, an email goes into Postroom instead of your camera roll. When you get to the counter or the locker, it is two taps away instead of buried between four hundred photographs. READY FOR THE SCANNER Opening a label takes the screen to full brightness and keeps it awake, then puts your brightness back when you leave. The label fills the screen, edge to edge, on white - no dark letterboxing for the scanner to choke on. If Postroom found the barcode when you added the label, one tap fills the screen with just the code. IT READS THE LABEL FOR YOU Postroom reads each label as you add it and offers you the carrier, the tracking number and the item. It picks up a "post by" or "collect by" date and puts it on the label for you, and it can tell a collection notice from something you are sending. All of it happens on your device, and nothing is ever filled in silently. IT CLEARS UP AFTER ITSELF Labels you have used archive themselves, so the home screen only ever shows what still needs posting. Nothing is deleted - it is all in the archive if you need it back. ADD FROM ANYWHERE Photos, Files, or the share sheet from any app that can share an image or a PDF. ON THE HOME SCREEN A widget puts your newest label one tap from the Home Screen, with its deadline. PRIVATE BY BUILD, NOT BY POLICY There is no account, no sign-in and no server. Your labels sync between your own devices through your own iCloud account and go nowhere else. No analytics, no tracking, no adverts, no third-party code of any kind. Shipping labels carry someone's name and address, and Postroom treats them accordingly — the recipient's name is offered as a suggestion and then forgotten, never stored. Requires iOS 26 or iPadOS 26. iPhone and iPad, one app. Postroom is not affiliated with any carrier or marketplace. Carrier names are used only to describe what a label says.
