The programs are created around specific activities and goals — for example, our program for before your run or for straightening out outward-rotated feet. Try Postra is a 14-minute program open to everyone, a great starting point if you want to see how it works. Our premium option: Postural analysis and individually tailored training program You send full-body photos to us via the app, and Mattias Hallström (Licensed Physiotherapist) carries out a detailed postural analysis and builds an individually tailored program based on it, in three lengths: Short, Medium, and Long.
