Poshan Sathi is a field companion for Anganwadi workers running child nutrition camps. It replaces the paper register with a phone that keeps working when the network doesn't — every registration, measurement and follow-up is saved on the device and syncs on its own the moment you are back in coverage. REGISTER A CHILD IN MINUTES A guided three-step form captures child and family details, a photograph, and baseline measurements. Checks run as you type — a ten-digit mobile number, a MUAC reading within range, no blank required fields — so records are not sent back for correction weeks later. MEASURE WITH PHOTO PROOF Record weight, height or length, and MUAC, each paired with a photo of the reading itself. A supervisor can verify any figure in the register without making a second visit to the centre. WHO GROWTH ASSESSMENT ON THE SPOT Every child is classified against WHO Z-score standards across four indicators — weight-for-age, height-for-age, weight-for-height, and mid-upper arm circumference (MUAC). Stunting, underweight, wasting and overweight are graded at moderate and severe levels, so severe acute malnutrition (SAM) and moderate acute malnutrition (MAM) cases surface while you are still with the family, not after the data reaches a district office. ATTENDANCE AND FOLLOW-UP VISITS Mark daily attendance at the camp and work through the full follow-up schedule — six visits at fifteen-day intervals — with pending visits always in view. Weight-before and weight-after comparisons for both camp and follow-up show whether a child is genuinely gaining, and daily attendance trends show who is slipping away. BUILT FOR PLACES WITH NO SIGNAL Nothing waits on a connection. Registrations, measurements and attendance are written to the phone first and queued for sync. You can see exactly what is pending, what failed, and retry it yourself. Nothing entered in the field is ever lost to a dropped bar of signal. REMINDERS YOU DO NOT HAVE TO REMEMBER Notifications bring the day's camps, pending measurements and due follow-up visits to you, and open straight to the screen that needs attention. GROWTH ANALYSIS AND REPORTS Per-child growth indicators and camp-level progress are available in the app, so you can answer a supervisor's question without waiting for a monthly report. HELP THAT WORKS OFFLINE A searchable user manual is built in, readable without internet and shareable as a PDF. IN YOUR LANGUAGE Full Hindi and English support, switchable at any time. The app follows the language you choose, not the phone's. NOTE Poshan Sathi is issued to authorised Anganwadi and field staff.
