REMEMBER WHAT WORKED See a usual amount or range when your history supports one, along with how strong the pattern is and the recent meals behind it. Sparse or mixed results stay honestly labeled instead of becoming a false recommendation. LOG AFTER EATING Record a completed meal in one flow. Add optional hunger context and a short note only when they will help next time. SAVE BEFORE EATING Capture an order or serving while it is fresh, then finish it later. An optional one-time local reminder can bring you back. MAKE IT YOURS Choose from four Bowl Glaze color appearances and seven home screen app icons. Portion supports light and dark interfaces, larger text, and cues that do not rely on color alone.
