Porsio is a fast but honest nutrition diary. Most apps show one confident number. Porsio shows where the number came from, how uncertain it is, and lets you correct it. HOW IT WORKS • Photograph your meal or choose a photo from your library. Food items and portions are estimated. • If something is unclear, the app can ask a few short questions. • Nothing is added to your diary until you see and confirm it. Edit grams, portions, and meal titles. FIVE WAYS TO LOG • Meal photo • Barcode • Nutrition label • Plain text • Manual food entry and favourites DAILY LOG AND BOARD Track breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks, water, weight, macros, and daily calories. Meal cards are pinned to an offline board. Apple Health is optional. Export your data or delete your account in Settings. FREE AND PREMIUM Free: one shared analysis per day for photos, text, labels, and barcodes; manual logging, diary, water, weight, Apple Health, and data export remain available. Premium: up to 30 shared analyses per day, additional board and pin styles, and weekly and monthly nutrition feedback. PRIVACY Your entries stay on your device by default. Photos are stripped of metadata before analysis and sent only after your explicit consent. No ads, advertising ID, or cross-app tracking. Porsio is not a medical device and does not diagnose or treat. Nutrition values are estimates. For adults 18+. SUBSCRIPTIONS AND LEGAL LINKS Premium is an auto-renewing subscription.
