POPP Service is a mobile application for POPP's dispatch, assembly and service interventions. It offers technicians, fitters and drivers an overview of orders and complete digital documentation directly at the site of implementation. MAIN FUNCTIONS • Order overview – filtering by day, week or month • Process types – POPP dispatch, service intervention, external assembly / personal collection, removal • Time recording – driving, arrival, assembly, service, loading and transport • Assembly and service – notes, material, checkpoints and intervention results • Photo documentation – mandatory and additional photos for the order • Handover to the customer – checklist, defects, signatures of the customer and technician • Documents – drawings, orders, CMR and other documents • AI translation – texts for the customer in Czech, German and English • Multilingual interface – Czech and German The application is intended exclusively for authorized POPP employees. A company account is required to log in.
