An application for transportation agency to enable managing the arrangement for Actplustech Software, the application is called “POPBUS”, the software building tasks, send tasks, manages trips for a driver, manages buses for trips, enables the driver to send messages and information between the agency and its drivers and buses. The application has two parts, one for the driver who will receive the trips, see for the routes, and stops, which are provided by the agency for him. The driver can see his work and trips and timesheet and also the trips statuses, in case of emergency he can send the agency back messages The application returns to the back-office the progress of driver and notify manager of application about the trips, delay, and acceptance. The second part for coordinators of trips, where he can manage the trips, the buses, and the drivers, and link driver to the right trip and bus, and see the status of the buses from an intelligent back-office system and also with information (GPS) from vehicles.
