Miraculous 54 Day Rosary Novena prayers to Our Lady of Pompeii in English and Slovak language. The language audio files will be downloaded based on your device's language settings. App allows you to track the current day of praying by entering the start date and calculating, how many days passed since the beginning. Audio file is split into two 27 day prayers - petition and thanksgiving. Bartolo Longo was an Italian who grew up in the Catholic Faith but upon going to the University that had been infected by the Enlightenment and many other extremely anti-clerical and anti- Catholic attitudes. Bartolo Longo was a Law student and had many friends who held these anti-Catholic beliefs and moreover even delved into the occult sciences. One day upon walking through the very depressing town of Pompeii and seeing the poor downcast people there who had a complete lack of knowledge in the Catholic Faith despite being Catholic, he was suddenly tempted to despair as one can imagine he recalled his past life and sins (which his good priest had told him never to look back upon). However he was tempted by the devil to the sin of despair and even suicide! However at that moment, he heard the words of his priest friend: "If you are looking for salvation, propagate the Rosary. It is Mary's promise: whoever propagates the Rosary will be saved."
