When a pole or roadside asset needs proof, the app gives you a focused workflow to capture the record: - Client, site, pole ID, area and asset tag - Technician, contractor and licence or crew ID - Pole type, inspection type, feeder and span details - Work order, traffic control and safe approach notes - Public hazard, access and no-climb boundary checks - Pole lean, crossarm, insulator, service drop, pole base, stay, vegetation and access findings - Defects found, action taken, materials or crew required and repair priority - Evidence photos for pole overview, asset tag, footing, crossarm, conductor, vegetation, access and defect close-ups - Labour, materials, callout and crew delay impact estimate - PDF and text export for handover The app is designed for narrow, high-value field admin: pole asset inspections, defect reports, storm follow-up, vegetation notes, access hazards and repair crew handover evidence. It does not try to replace broad trade software, job dispatch, invoicing, CMMS, Xero, ServiceM8, Tradify, Simpro or AroFlo.
