Check in Answer a few quick questions about how you're actually showing up — your nerves, your preparedness, your confidence. Your answers change the session you get. 2. Set your intentions Name what you're bringing to this game. "Win the first rep." "Play fast, play free." Your intentions anchor everything that follows. 3. Run your reps Your session plays as a series of mental reps — a short cue, then time to visualize it. The visualizations are built around the intentions you just set, and help you rehearse your upcoming competition. Bring your own soundtrack from Spotify or Apple Music, or use the built-in ambient bed. BUILT FOR TEAMS Poiz is deployed by teams and athletic programs. Coaches get their whole roster on the same structured pre-game routine, with adoption they can actually see — who prepped, and how often. Your session stays yours. Coaches and admins can see that you completed a session and how many reps you've logged. They cannot see your check-in answers, your intentions, what you wrote, or what you heard.
