PodFocus is the podcast app you can actually hand to your kid. Every show comes from a library of kid-safe podcasts that you approve - no algorithm, no autoplay rabbit holes, no surprises in the feed. You choose what each child can hear, set how long they can listen, and lock the rest behind a parent PIN. HOW IT WORKS 1. Create a profile for each kid - you set their name and age range, they pick a color and emoji avatar. 2. Browse the curated catalog of kid-safe shows and add the ones you want to each child's library. 3. Set a daily time limit per profile and lock the parent zone with a 4-digit PIN. That's it. Kids stay inside the library you built. You stay in charge. WHAT'S INSIDE • Curated, kid-safe catalog - hand-picked podcasts across science, stories, history, music, mindfulness, and more. For ages 3 to 12. • A profile for every kid - separate libraries, separate listening history, on one device or shared across devices. • PIN-locked parent zone - everything that matters sits behind a 4-digit PIN, with a recovery code for when you forget it. • Daily time limits - set the minutes per child; today's listening is visible at a glance. • Offline downloads - save episodes for the car, the plane, or the cabin with no wifi. • Picks up where they paused - episodes resume exactly where your kid left off, even days later. • Built like a real audio app - background play, lock-screen and AirPods controls, and CarPlay. • Parent-only listening history - see what each kid actually listened to, and when. • iCloud sync - profiles, libraries, and history stay in sync across your devices. • Share to their own device - send a child's profile to their iPad, even on a different Apple ID.
