The Pluta Integrative Oncology Hub app brings together wellness and educational resources from the Pluta Integrative Oncology and Wellness Center at the Wilmot Cancer Institute. Cancer patients, survivors, and caregivers are invited to Watch and participate in videos on yoga, meditation, and more, wherever you are located. Each practice featured in the app has research showing it can help cancer patients and survivors deal with symptoms and side effects from cancer and cancer treatment such as fatigue, pain, anxiety, depression, and more. You can also use the app to find out what in-person events are coming up at the center. This app is meant to share information and support wellness, and is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Always consult with your physician or cancer care team before beginning any exercise or physical activity program, especially if you are currently undergoing cancer treatment.
