This construction site blackboard app allows you to take photos with blackboards, organize and search them, create PDF photo albums, and share them as ZIP files. It seamlessly handles "taking photos on-site" and "sending them to the office" using just one smartphone. The electronic blackboard can be freely moved and resized on the screen. The blackboard content is recorded to a CSV file simultaneously with the photo, and the photos are organized by date and construction information. Since the photo data is saved on your smartphone, registration to a dedicated cloud service is not required. Photos, CSVs, PDFs, and ZIP files can be freely shared via email, chat, Google Drive, and PCs. It can also be used offline, making it usable even in construction sites with poor signal reception. ■ Select a blackboard and take a photo immediately Select the blackboard you want to use and proceed directly to taking a photo. The blackboard can be freely moved on the screen and resized with your fingers. Adjust the position and size to suit the location and composition of the photo for optimal viewing. The camera has a zoom function. Use the zoom bar to check the necessary parts while taking a photo. You can also view the blackboard in full screen, making it convenient for checking the contents before taking photos. ■ Quickly create blackboards from input history The app saves input history such as project name, location, content, and photographer. Previously entered text is displayed as a suggestion, eliminating the need to enter the same project name or location repeatedly. Simply selecting a suggestion shortens on-site input time. You can also reuse created blackboards and imported CSV data in compatible formats. ■ Filter shooting data by date and conditions The photos and blackboard information you take are registered in the app's database. In addition to a list view by shooting date, you can perform filtered searches using the following information combinations: ・Project name ・Location ・Content ・Photographer ・Shooting period You can view only the necessary photos in a list, and photo thumbnails are displayed in the search results. By importing old CSV data into the app, you can use previously taken data for searching and organizing. ■ Select photos and create a photo album PDF You can select the necessary photos from those you have taken and create a construction photo album/photo log PDF. Before creation, you can perform the following operations: * Select photos * Rearrange by dragging * Switch between list view and grid view * Enter a title * Select output items * Preview before creation The created PDF can be saved to your smartphone and shared directly with the office or relevant parties. ■ Share CSV, photos, and PDF together in a ZIP file You can output the photos you've taken and the CSV data together in a ZIP file.
