Individualized Corrective Exercises: Instantly receive a personalized exercise program designed to improve all areas of weakness. By improving fundamental movement patterns and eliminating asymmetries, you begin to set a solid foundation upon which you can improve performance. Improving fundamental movement patterns is the cornerstone of the best training programs for baseball. Musculoskeletal Health Report: The best way to ensure you avoid injuries and become as durable as possible is to identify potential problems before they occur. The Musculoskeletal report does this, it places you in a category giving you valuable insight into where you should focus not only your training but other health-related areas such as nutrition, sleep, and stress. SUBSCRIBERS AUTOMATIC-RENEWAL FEATURE -1-month subscription grants access to the movement assessment= and exercises. - When opting for a subscription, you pay the fixed price for your country, which is displayed in the app. - Payment will be charged to your iTunes Account upon confirmation of purchase. - Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. - Your Account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current subscription period. - You can manage your subscriptions and turn off auto-renewal by going to your Account Settings after purchase. - When canceling a subscription, your subscription will stay active until the end of the current period.
