Plate Forge is a workout planner and gym log for your own training and your personal training clients. Build workout plans, log every set and track progress. If you coach, create client programs, send them to the client app and review completed workouts after they sync. Plan and log your workouts Add exercises, sets, working weight, reps and rest time. Schedule sessions on the workout calendar, record results at the gym and use the rest timer between sets. Review workout history, working weights and total training volume. Your local gym log remains available offline when reception is poor. Coach clients with the same app Create a separate training profile for each client. Build programs, add coaching notes and run multiple workouts from one phone when you coach in person. Keep the schedule on a calendar. Move or skip a workout without rebuilding the program. Send the program. Review the completed workout. With Premium, invite a client by link, code or QR code. They receive the program on their phone, log each set and complete the workout in their own app. After the workout syncs, review the sets, weight, reps and session history. Compare the plan with the work completed without spreadsheets or screenshots from chat threads. Training reports Create reports for selected clients and dates, review the results and share the report as a TXT file. Training reports are included with Premium. Free and Premium The free version supports up to five training profiles in total. Use it for your own workout log and a small number of local client profiles. Premium removes ads and adds client invitations, program sync, training reports and more training profiles.
