THE SITE VISIT ASKS, IT DOESN'T STARE One question at a time, so you can do the whole thing walking round with the phone in one hand. Room by room for plastering — skim, board and skim, dot and dab, bonding, specialist boards, new stud partitions and MF ceilings. Elevation by elevation for rendering, with 80 systems across 9 brands including EcoRend, K-Rend, Weber, Baumit, Parex, Mapei, Fassa Bortolo and Johnstone's. THE SCOPE AND THE MATERIALS WRITE THEMSELVES Pick the system and the scope of works comes out in the manufacturer's own terms — preparation, products by name, coats, thicknesses, finish. The same measurements produce the materials take-off, counted at your coverage rates and your merchant prices. QUOTES YOUR CUSTOMER ANSWERS Finish the visit and the quote is priced and written. Send it by WhatsApp, text or email; they tap Accept on their phone. Need a second price off the same visit? Raise one, and the first stays put. Job grown on site? Extra works adds a separate price without touching the figure they already agreed. CAN I RENDER TODAY? A straight yes or no from the forecast — temperature, frost, humidity against the 85% limit, and rainfall in millimetres rather than a percentage chance. Plus a curing window for what you put on this morning, and live rain radar so you can see it coming. MEASURE A WALL FROM A PHOTO Tap the two edges of a door and the app scales the rest. Square metres without a ladder. YOUR PAPERWORK, YOUR LOOK Six document styles plus your own accent colour, your logo on every quote and invoice. VAT handled whether you're registered or not. Limited company details print where they're needed and stay hidden for sole traders. AND THE REST Live profit per job. A to-do list that rings your phone. Jobs laid out by the day they're booked. Everything filed by customer and financial year. Works with no signal on site and syncs when you're back in coverage. Requires a PlasterFlow account.
