Planz is a field service management app built for teams on the move. Technicians, couriers, installers and inspectors get their daily tasks on their phone, update job status in real time, complete digital forms, and capture proof of work — even with no internet connection. WORKS FULLY OFFLINE Poor signal is not a problem. Every action you take — status changes, form submissions, photos, videos, audio notes and signatures — is stored securely on your device and uploaded automatically the moment you are back online. Nothing is ever lost. DAILY TASK LIST See all assigned jobs in one clean list. Filter by status or date, open any task for full details: customer info, address, contact numbers, notes and attachments. CLEAR JOB WORKFLOW Move each job through a simple, structured flow: Assigned, On the Way, Arrived, In Progress and Completed. Cancel a job when needed with a mandatory photo and reason, so every outcome is documented. DYNAMIC COMPLETION FORMS Fill in job forms configured by your company. Supported field types include text, numbers, long text, checkboxes, dropdowns, photos, location, barcode scanning and handwritten signatures. Scan multiple barcodes in a single session, and dictate long notes by voice instead of typing. PROOF OF WORK Attach photos, videos and audio notes to any task. Collect the customer's signature directly on screen. All evidence is timestamped and tied to the job. MAPS AND NAVIGATION View job locations on an interactive map with clustered markers and route preview. Launch turn-by-turn navigation in Google Maps or Waze with one tap. LOCATION SHARING Share your position with your dispatcher while you work, so the office can assign the nearest job and give customers accurate arrival times. Location sharing can be turned off at any time from your profile. TEAM CHAT Message your team and dispatchers directly inside the app. Stay coordinated without switching to another tool. INSTANT NOTIFICATIONS Get push notifications the moment a new job is assigned or something changes, so you never miss an update. MULTI-LANGUAGE Available in Azerbaijani, English, Russian, Turkish, Arabic, Chinese, German, French, Spanish, Portuguese, Hindi, Polish, Czech, Bulgarian, Swedish and Finnish. BUILT-IN SUPPORT Report a technical problem straight from your profile and get a reply back in the app. IMPORTANT Planz requires an account provided by your employer. It is not a standalone consumer app — accounts cannot be created inside the app. Please contact your company administrator for access. Continued use of GPS running in the background can dramatically decrease battery life. Planz only shares your location while location sharing is enabled in your profile.
