Planno Fitness is the app that connects you with your personal coach and your personal fitness program. It was created for those who want structured training with expert instructions and videos for each exercise. With the app you have access to your personal program from your coach. You see each day's exercises, sets and repetitions, and weights where applicable. Each exercise is accompanied by a video so that you can perform the movements correctly and avoid injuries. One registration is enough to connect with your own coach and all changes to the program are automatically displayed in the app. The use is simple: you select the day, see the exercises in a list or in a carousel and follow the program. The app fully supports Greek and English. To get started, register with your email (your coach may have already invited you). Complete the profile settings, such as fitness level and goals, for a more personalized experience. Then choose the training day and see the exercises with sets, reps and videos. Follow the program and you will be automatically informed when the coach updates your plan.
