Pizza Twist Orderpad is the in-store order management app for Pizza Twist teams and franchise operators. It is a staff tool, not a customer ordering app. Sign in on a store tablet or a manager account and every order lands in one place, announced by an alarm so new orders are hard to miss. Live Order Management • Active Orders streams live from every outlet your login can see, newest first • Delivery, Pickup, Dine-in and Curbside orders — curbside tickets show the customer's car colour, make and plate • Status filter chips with live counts, date-range filters and order counters • One tap moves an order forward: Accept with a 10-60 minute prep time, Start preparing, Mark ready, Hand over, Mark delivered • Tap any order for the full ticket — items with variations, spice level, modifiers and deals, customer name, phone, address, notes, totals • Cancel with a reason from chips or free text; a refund request is submitted automatically and the refund status shows on the order • Accepted, started, ready, picked up, completed and cancelled are all timestamped, with the cancelling user recorded New Order Alerts • A high-priority notification with an alarm sound announces each new order • The alarm rings while any new order is waiting and stops once the last one is handled • Pre-orders stay silent until due, then ring at a lead time you choose, 20-120 minutes before the slot Thermal Receipt Printing • Network (Wi-Fi/LAN) ESC/POS printing on 58 mm and 80 mm rolls • Itemized bill with variations, spice level, modifiers, deals, tax, delivery, discount, tip and total • Auto Print per outlet: new orders print and accept themselves while OrderPad runs in the background with the tablet screen off • Scan the network for the printer, set IP and paper size, and test print • See every store's printer status from head office — connected, unreachable or not configured, with paper-low and cover-open alerts — and test-print or set it remotely • Beep on a successful print, alarm if the printer is unreachable Delivery and Courier Tracking • Accepting a Qmanja delivery order dispatches DoorDash automatically • Live courier status: assigned, at store, picked up, at customer, delivered, with pickup-by and delivery-by estimates and quotes • Rider name, tap-to-call number and GPS co-ordinates, plus the courier's tracking page in the app • Cancel the courier leg only, or call DoorDash support once a courier is assigned Menu, Tables and Outlet Control • Master menu with items, departments, variants, modifiers, taxes, discounts and deals • Push a menu to selected outlets, duplicate menus, and log every push • Disable a single item or a whole department for one store in seconds • Opening hours per day and order type, average and busy-hour prep times, delivery fee bands by distance, and instant temporary close or busy mode • Turn pre-ordering on per store, choosing order types and how many days ahead • Create numbered dine-in tables in bulk with a QR code each; print the slips or sh
