Then download this app and simply point your device at any of the bronze stars on the sidewalk. Be sure to line up the honoree’s name in the center of your screen—and that’s it! The name on the star will trigger the app to open to that inductee’s page, and you’ll suddenly find a whole lot more about this notable individual. One by one, you’ll be able to see all the honorees, learn about their career highlights, discover their ties to the Pittsburgh region, and find out about other nearby places of interest related to them. The app is free and ready for you to download. And while you don’t actually have to be standing at the Pittsburgh Walk of Fame to use it, we hope you’ll head over to Pittsburgh’s Strip District Terminal, where the Walk is located, and give it a try there.
